ICFH Employee Training Information
New Employee Information:
There are a number of mandatory training sessions for newly hired employees:
- All new employees must participate in an agency orientation which ensures that everyone who begins employment here is aware of the agency’s expectations in regard to issues such as HIPAA, confidentiality, and records; client and parent rights; consumer grievances; legal and ethical issues; abuse and incident reporting; and personnel policies and practices.
- All new clinical staff must attend a training session on the paperwork and documentation requirements.
- All new employees must complete the HIV/AIDS 104 course.
All orientation sessions are given at the Sunset Unit. The sessions are typically held on one Monday and one Saturday each month. To register for mandatory employee training, contact ICFH’s Training Program at 305-274-8367.
