Teen-Age Parenting Program (TAPP)

This program provides child development classes to pregnant teens and teen parents of children ages 0-5.  Also provided are parent-child groups and culturally enriching activities.  Services are offered at pre-schools, Head Start and Early Head Start Centers, public and private schools, libraries, and other locations throughout the county.
