Training Model
The Psychology Internship Training Program at ICFH adheres to the Local Clinical Scientist model of training. This model emphasizes a recognition of the contributions of science and research within the realities of clinical practice by encouraging critical thinking and the application of scientific knowledge to clinical training and practice. This model was introduced and discussed in the following reference:
